  My wife and I recently visited Best Fire in Troy and sat down with one of their sales associates to discuss a new gas fireplace for our home. The experience was education and informative. We scheduled an appointment to have Best Fire come to our home to take measurements and further discuss the fireplace. The associate showed up exactly when he said he would and was very professional. He even offered advice on how to improve our current home heating system. Overall this was a wonderful experience, we will be doing business with Best Fire for many years.

  Jeremy came to our home and fixed our fireplace and performed a remarkable job. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and cordial. He cleaned up everything after he was done and took his shoes off walking into the house. Excellent service, we would highly recommend the store
