  Awful awful awful people to do business with. We bought our first home, went there to get 1100 square ft of carpeting and have it installed. We were looking for a nice beige color, the manager showed us a 2"x3" swatch and said this is what you guys are looking for. Since we thought we could trust a "professional" we agreed. The carpet is installed a few weeks later after the shipment of the carpeting arrives. We informed both the manager and the installer that we Had JUST painted the house and that we asked the installers to be extra careful in laying the carpet. NOPE, scratched the walls, railings, baseboards, etc. They wouldn't pay for repairs. They wouldn't come and inspect the damage. After moving things in we realized how awful the quality and color of the carpet is. They completely took advantage of a young first time home owner couple and it is amazing to the degree. We went to lowes this weekend after 8 months of living with this carpet and found an hourly worker who knew her info better than the manager at the carpet warehouse, who doesn't get paid commission, and got a better deal on a nicer carpet with free installation. These people were awful.
