  Extremely disgusting! The pictures speak for themselves. We specifically went just as the mall opened at 11 to avoid the crowds only to find this mess in the store. Meaning nobody had bothered to clean it before opening. I have such good memories of Forever 21 from my college days in Western MA where all the clothes would be color coordinated and that's why it was the easiest for an indecisive person like me to shop there. But this was a disaster because I went looking for pants but there wasn't just one section where I could find them. My husband and I left so overwhelmed that we couldn't shop anymore and returned from the mall altogether. We came home and ended up shopping online from Amazon instead. Such a waste of our time and energy.

  This location received an item I mailed back for an exchange (because according to their policy, this particular item had to be returned/exchanged by mail instead of in person) on 7/20/2017 according to USPS tracking. I have called customer support, chatted with customer support chat line several times. Every time I'm told I will hear something in 24 to 48 hours. It is now 10/10/2017. I still have yet to receive the item or a refund for the item. I'm out the money I spent and I have nothing to show for it. These guys have flat out stolen money from me. $39.52 to be exact. After speaking with customer service again, they refused to let me speak to a supervisor. All they can do for me is tell me to keep waiting. ABSOLUTE BULLS**T!
