  I am not normally one to write reviews but I have to take a moment to publicly thank Albert Hannoush and his staff at Hannoush Jewelers for their outstanding customer service. My husband purchased my engagement ring in 2003 and the following year we purchased our wedding bands. The quality of their rings is incredible. I have never had to have anything repaired or adjusted in the last 14 years. Just a few weeks ago I went to the Albany store to talk to them about re-sizing my ring. After 14 years, 2 kids and relocating to FL I needed a little more wiggle room in my Size 4 rings (that they had also bonded together for me in 2005). Not only did the jeweler do an AMAZING job sizing up the bonded rings but they also expedited the job because we were scheduled to return to FL the following week. They even polished and restored the ring to its original glory as part of the service. I was so happy with how I was treated I had to let others know.
