  The installer did a fabulous job installing the hardwood in a timely fashion. My "floor" looks GREAT! Problem encountered when he removed the quarter rounds and replaced them. He FAILED to fill the holes & misaligned one. It was IMMEDIATELY noticeable when I walked into the room. After a few calls, few emails to include pictures; the installer never showed up to fix the problem. Although I was told someone else would come; after 4+ weeks of a no show / no call of the original installer; I declined. My advice to an interested customer; assure to get the removable & replacement of items in your contract.
