  Just back from Hollister Crossgates and i had never faced customer service so horrible. They probably employ school kids who are looking to make a quick buck during their time off or something and it messes up the customer service entirely. I wanted to buy a shirt and the kids around had no idea if the right size for my shirt was available or not or when it would be back in stock again. 2 of them confidently told me that they 'should' be in stock by tomorrow. I go there again and theres nothing. They didn't even apologize and cut me off very rudely instead. I'm never shopping from there again. I suggest you go to some other store nearby.
