  Absolutely horrible customer service and this is not the first time either. I don't like to give other places bad reviews but the service was so awful it was necessary. I would recommend going ANYWHERE but this location in crossgates mall. Based on reading the other reviews clearly I'm not the only person who has had this problem.

  Will never do business with this company again. Salesman sold us a ring told us it would be $800 our bill came it was double the amount. The salesman has been avoiding speaking about the issue. Called the main office got bounched around to 5 different people before I got an answer.

  I've been in this store multiple times and the service has been excellent. My questions have been asked, and I was easily directed to the merchandise I was looking for. Would recommend this location for anyone.
