  Customer service is terrible they hung up on me on a Friday because it was close to 5 o'clock which was closing. When I called back I received a recording that they were closed and to leave a message. If you don't monitor the technician when he is treating your lawn they don't apply any product. When you complain to management they are very friendly and retreat your Lawn for no extra charge - which indicates to me they are aware their technicians are ripping off customers. AWFUL would not recommend

  Very satisfied with the tech. Brandon.... Very professional and explains everything he does. My Dad decided to try Lawn Dawg since your inception and after he passed away I felt he made the right decision and have had no problems. Any call backs for questions or problems have been answered and rectified.. I look forward to seasons of continue success...
