  Preordered an album well before it released. Received an email 3 days AFTER the release date informing me that the album would be delayed almost a month. What did they do, forget to order the product?? Customer service will not respond to emails. Never purchasing from them again.

  I'm glad to see everyone is having the same issues with pre orders. This is very disappointing to now know after I gave them my money. I'm waiting on a pre-order vinyl so not sure who dropped the ball and where but I'm pretty sure if you pre-order something you should have it out on time or don't do it at all. I will never order from these clowns ever again or Suggest them to anyone. Bad business and terrible customer service!
