  Pretty obvious Sears is in a death spiral. We went clothes washer shopping. In order to get a salesperson to answer any questions, I had to walk into the managers office and drag him on to the floor. We found a model that they had cheaper at the home depot in the same shopping plaza, and it didn't have the massive gouge across the front that the sears floor model did. When I asked about any further discount or price match, he mentioned only that I could get another 10% for President's Day promotions. But of course, delivery is $81.99, regardless if they're hauling your old appliance away. Home Depot delivers for free, and only charged me $15 to haul away the old one. This company will only be interested in getting as much from your pocket as possible until they finally liquidate the rest of the assets. If you want to buy something from Sears, just wait until your local store closes later this year.
