  Stickley has the worst customer service of any store I have every woked with. I received shipment of over $30,000 of furniture in November, 13 pieces, 10 of which had significant damage. The store sent out a person to paint over the damage. I told them that that was unacceptable to me. I paid for collector quality furniture and that is not what I received. After promises and promises they have done nothing AFTER 3 MONTHS. They don't return calls, I not calling them liars but they have lied to me. Every time you call you will get a new story as to why they can't help you. If you go to the store, they will say, "oh, that's terrible" and still do nothing. I my opinion they are the worst, sleazyest, used car salesmen, who are now selling furniture. In my opinion, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!.
